Welcome to Timetable, an app designed to help you create beautiful class schedules and save them as stunning lock screen wallpapers on your iPhone and iPad. By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use (TOU). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

1. Description of Service

Timetable provides:

• Schedule Creation: Create and manage multiple class timetables with customizable time ranges and weekday selections.
• Course Management: Add courses with names, notes, time slots, weekdays, and custom colors for easy identification.
• Theme Customization: Choose from 12 beautiful themes or customize your own with personalized colors, grid lines, and styles.
• Wallpaper Generation: Export your timetables as high-quality wallpapers optimized for iPhone and iPad lock screens and home screens.
• Multi-Timetable Support: Create separate schedules for different semesters, work shifts, or activity plans and easily switch between them.
• iCloud Sync (optional): Automatically sync your timetables and settings across all your devices signed in with the same iCloud account.
• Local Storage: All data is stored securely on your device or in your personal iCloud account.

2. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the app only for personal, educational, or organizational purposes.
• Provide accurate information when creating schedules and courses.
• Not use the app for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.
• Respect intellectual property rights when sharing or distributing generated wallpapers.
• Maintain the security of your device and iCloud account.

3. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. The app:

• Stores all schedule data locally on your device by default.
• Optionally stores data in your personal iCloud account if you enable iCloud sync.
• Does not collect or store your personal information on our servers.
• Does not share your data with third parties.
• Does not use advertising or tracking services.
• May collect anonymous usage statistics through Apple Analytics (optional).

4. Apple Services Integration

This app integrates with Apple services. By using this app, you also agree to:

• Apple's Terms of Service
• iCloud Terms and Conditions (if using iCloud sync)
• App Store Terms and Conditions (for purchases)

We are an independent developer and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

5. Intellectual Property

All app design, code, themes, and original content are owned by Timetable. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute the app or its components.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the app's name, logo, or branding without permission.
• Resell or redistribute the app or its features.

You retain ownership of all schedule data and wallpapers you create using the app.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.
• Use automated systems to access the app beyond normal usage patterns.
• Share your iCloud account credentials or purchased features with unauthorized users.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The app offers optional in-app purchases to access premium features:

• One-Time Purchase: Permanent access to premium features with a single payment.
• Price: As displayed in the App Store (varies by region).

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. One-time purchases provide permanent access and do not require recurring payments. You can restore purchases on other devices signed in with the same Apple ID. All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

8. iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync:

• Your timetables and settings will be stored in your personal iCloud account.
• Data will automatically sync across all devices signed in with the same iCloud account.
• iCloud sync requires sufficient iCloud storage space.
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app settings.
• We do not have access to your iCloud data.
• iCloud sync is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms and Conditions.

9. Wallpaper Generation

When generating wallpapers:

• Wallpapers are created locally on your device.
• You grant the app permission to save images to your Photos library.
• Generated wallpapers are for your personal use.
• You are responsible for ensuring wallpapers do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• We do not store or have access to your generated wallpapers.

10. Data Accuracy and Limitations

The app provides tools for schedule management. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy or completeness of schedules you create.
• That the app will meet all your specific requirements.
• Continuous availability or error-free operation.
• Compatibility with all device models or iOS versions.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your schedules and course information.

11. Disclaimer of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any missed classes, appointments, or events due to schedule errors.
• Loss of data due to device issues, iCloud problems, or user error.
• Issues arising from iOS updates or device compatibility.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Problems with wallpaper display on lock screens or home screens.

Your use of the app is at your own risk. Always verify important schedule information through official sources.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, add, or remove features at any time.
• Update these Terms of Use with notice to users.
• Change pricing for future purchases with advance notice.
• Discontinue the app or specific features with reasonable notice.

Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or App Store update notes.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts violating these TOU. You may stop using the app at any time by:

• Deleting the app from your device.
• Disabling iCloud sync in the app settings.
• Contacting Apple for refund requests according to their policies.

Upon termination, all locally stored data will be deleted. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud settings.

14. Updates and Support

We strive to provide regular updates and improvements:

• Updates are delivered through the App Store.
• Some updates may require newer iOS versions.
• Support is available through the App Suggestions feature in settings.
• We aim to respond to support requests within a reasonable timeframe.

15. User-Generated Content

All schedules, courses, and customizations you create are your own content:

• You retain all rights to your schedule data.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
• We do not monitor, review, or claim ownership of your schedules.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction where the app developer is located. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Timetable regarding the use of the app. These terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Timetable, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.
